Senior Corporate Counsel

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and recommendations to sales professionals and stakeholders
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close commercial contracts, including SaaS subscription agreements and service orders
• Collaborate with various departments to support commercial contracting matters
• Monitor and provide guidance on data privacy laws and global compliance programs
• Offer legal support related to acquisitions and strategic alliances, including due diligence and negotiations

• 5-8+ years of commercial law experience, preferably in a large law firm or in-house at a technology company
• Ability to independently draft and close commercial agreements with minimal senior support
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to addressing legal issues
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic and distributed work setting

• Experience in a technology-focused company or with SaaS-related contracts
• Familiarity with global compliance and data privacy regulations
• Proven track record of managing relationships with outside counsel
• Innovative mindset for creating standard templates and internal policies
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in strategic partnerships
