Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated Family Law Paralegal to join our team on a permanent basis.

• Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings, declarations, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, proposed orders, and stipulations under attorney supervision
• Support family law litigation matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues
• Manage case files, organize documents, and coordinate with clients and court personnel
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe tools to prepare legal documents and correspondences

• 7+ years minimum of experience, with strong emphasis on family law litigation
• In-depth knowledge of at least 1-2 local counties’ rules
• Experience with sophisticated, high-asset cases and litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe
