Location: Leicester (Hybrid / Remote with office space available)

Were working with a growing law firm based in Leicester that is expanding its immigration department. The firm is seeking an experienced Consultant Fee Earner to manage a broad range of immigration cases on a self-employed basis. This role offers excellent flexibility, allowing you to work remotely, from the office, or in a hybrid setup.

Manage a varied caseload of immigration matters, including visa applications, asylum, nationality, and appeals.

Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on all aspects of immigration law.

Liaise with the Home Office, tribunals, and relevant authorities.

Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and maintain high professional standards.

Build and manage client relationships with autonomy over your workload and schedule.

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Immigration Fee Earner.

Proven experience in UK Immigration Law.

Current practising certificate (for solicitors) and SRA registration.

Strong knowledge of immigration legislation and Home Office procedures.
