Commercial Solicitor - Ambitious, Client-Focused Team | Leeds (Hybrid)

We are working with this very established and growing UK law firm with a strong commercial practice who are hiring a Commercial Solicitor to join its vibrant team in Leeds. You'll support a varied commercial caseload, advising a diverse client base from fast-growing SMEs to larger organisations across sectors including technology, retail, leisure, professional services, charities and public bodies.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Advising on compliance matters, including data protection, e-commerce and other commercial legal issues.
• Assisting senior fee-earners in complex client matters and gradually building your own file management responsibilities.
• Working within a hybrid model that combines office and remote working.

• Qualified Solicitor with c.2-5 years' PQE in commercial contracts or related commercial law.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with commercial awareness.
• Collaborative, confident communicator with a practical approach to client service.
• Enjoys working in a supportive team and keen to grow their expertise.
