We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex civil litigation and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and clients in a remote work environment.

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation
• Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex litigation issues
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with partners and legal staff to develop case strategy
• Communicate effectively with experts and opposing counsel
• Maintain accurate case files and meet all litigation deadlines

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
