• Sophisticated Real Estate Transactions Practice: The firm’s core focus is delivering high-quality, practical solutions in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, 1031 exchanges, leases, and land use matters. • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and development agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, title review, and coordinate closings for commercial and residential transactions.
• Advise clients on zoning, land use, environmental compliance, and tax considerations (including 1031 exchanges).
• Handle financing transactions, including mortgage and loan documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain direct client relationships and provide strategic, practical counsel.

• 3+ years of real estate transactions experience, including commercial purchases, sales, financings, and leasing
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Comfort advising developers, investors, lenders, and property owners
• Admitted in New Jersey (additional admissions a plus)
• Collaborative, client-focused mindset with interest in long-term growth
