• Provide legal support on North American employment law matters related to recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management
• Advise on compliance with labor and employment laws, including wage and hour laws and discrimination regulations
• Oversee internal investigations and manage litigation, claims, and government inquiries
• Develop and implement employment policies and scalable training solutions
• Coordinate with external counsel on non-US employment law issues

• JD degree from a nationally recognized law school
• Admitted to the Bar of at least one state and eligible for in-house counsel admission
• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience as a US employment law attorney
• Experience in life sciences, manufacturing, or contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) is preferred
• Strong legal judgment, business acumen, and excellent communication skills

• Experience in a fast‑paced legal environment with a hands‑on approach
• Skills in organizational and project management
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with senior management and across corporate functions
• Familiarity with technological tools relevant to legal practice
• U.S. Eastern Time Zone availability is preferred
