Conveyancing Paralegal

Paralegal needed in St Albans, £18.89ph

PAYE - Reference: 5288255

Provision of property–related legal services to the Client and its officers and responsibility for the conduct of property transactions to ensure that the best use is made of the Client's property assets.

This role includes commercial and residential conveyancing work as well as Right to Buy work.

• Occasional site visits (once a month), This job may be suitable for occasional home working.
• Ability to spend large amounts of time in front of a computer.

Essential previous experience providing technical advice and information on conveyancing and various aspects of property matters, resolving complex and varied legal problems and able to identify any legal irregularities or potentially fraudulent activities when handling a case and refer any matters causing concern to the appropriate body.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
