This is a full-time Associate role based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with hybrid working options, allowing for a combination of office-based and remote work. The Associate will manage legal cases related to debt recovery, liaise with clients, and review legal documentation. Responsibilities also include conducting legal research, drafting legal correspondence, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal processes.

• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures, particularly in debt recovery and contract law
• Experience in legal research, drafting legal documents, and reviewing contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
• Familiarity with relevant software and case management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid practicing certificate or equivalent qualification
