Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 3+ years litigation experience in Business, Real Estate, General Liability or related practices
• Experience in discovery, motions, pleadings
• Taken and defended depositions
• Direct trial experience or trial preparation
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in CA in good standing
