Overview
A company is looking for a Conflicts Analyst for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate entry of parties into the conflicts database, including corporate family trees
- Communicate conflicts analyses clearly and thoroughly to attorneys or management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Associate's degree or relevant education and experience required;
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate preferred - Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm
- Familiarity with InTapp-Open, Elite / 3E, and other conflicts and financial software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Understanding of law firm engagement letters, conflict waiver agreements, and basic law firm structure
