• Client Engagement:
  Engage client leads from preferred providers, seminars, radio, internet, and TV shows (The Expedition Retirement Show) to help clients navigate life’s legal hurdles.
• Customer Service:
  Provide excellent customer service to clients, demonstrating patience and clear communication.
• Transactional Excellence:
  Manage numerous cases, calls, and responsibilities concurrently; prioritize, organize, and delegate effectively to succeed in the role.

• Prospects – you do not need to bring or build your own book of business; you will engage and support the clients we provide.
• Existing Clients – thousands of clients require our ongoing support.
• Competitive Base Salary ($100,000 - $125,000), plus other bonus incentives.
• Generous time off policy, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and life insurance.
• In-office role with some regional travel to Dayton and Cincinnati for client meetings. Home office options include Blue Ash or our upcoming Mason location.

• Two (2) years+ of client-facing attorney experience.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar.
• Estate Planning, Administration, and Elder Care law experience is preferred.
• GRIT – accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness are valued in our workplace.
• Willingness to support client meeting processes in Pepper Pike, Independence, and Westlake. A home office will be selected based on location convenience.

Compensation details: $100,000 - $125,000 yearly salary
