Robert Half is partnering with a long-standing local firm in the PNW looking to add a Family Law Attorney to their team in either their Olympia or Tacoma office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive culture that encourages growth and a healthy work-life balance, supported by a low billable requirement of 100 monthly. The firm also offers hybrid work from home flexibility and mentorship.

The salary range for this position is between 100k - 150k DOE plus additional quarterly bonus opportunities. Benefits for this position include medical and dental, retirement IRA + employer matching, flexible PTO + paid holidays.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

+ Washington State bar license, active in good standing

+ Previous experience in family law, criminal defense, or other civil litigation desired. Candidates new to practicing law will still be considered.
