Litigation Associate ( Hybrid

The role focuses on commercial, business, and construction litigation. Responsibilities span case inception, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial support. Preference for experience in insurance subrogation, but it is not required.

• Research, analyze, and draft briefs on complex litigation matters, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and motions to compel in both state and federal courts.
• Draft and file pleadings.
• Prepare discovery materials, legal briefs, and supporting research.
• Represent clients in hearings.
• Facilitate fact witness depositions.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Annual billing requirement: 1,800 hours.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in good standing to practice law in Texas and meet Texas State Bar CLE requirements.
• Exceptional research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload with significant responsibility.
• Strong commitment to client service and effective case management.
