Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate (Fully Remote)

Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year

Location: Fully Remote

A highly regarded plaintiff-side employment litigation firm.

• Represent clients in employment litigation matters
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and participate in arbitrations and trials
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice
• Experience in taking and defending depositions
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels
