  • Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity

  • Coordinating exchange, completion, SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, GDPR and internal procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in residential conveyancing (freehold & leasehold)
  • Confident running your own caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of UK sale and purchase processes
  • Experience with searches, title review, SDLT and Land Registry
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced conveyancing environment
  • Exposure to unregistered titles, new build or shared ownership
What’s on Offer

  • Hybrid/Remote working – office, home or a flexible mix based on your preference
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Opportunity to grow with a scaling, modern property business
