This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on case outcomes while contributing to a dynamic, high‑performing legal team.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Review, analyze, and organize incoming BI/PD claim materials, medical records, police reports, and insurance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with Florida legal standards.

- Draft, revise, and prepare litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, notices, and settlement documentation.
- Manage and maintain detailed case files and litigation calendars, tracking all deadlines, hearings, depositions, and court requirements to ensure timely filings.
- Serve as a primary liaison between attorneys, claims personnel, opposing counsel, medical providers, and clients to facilitate efficient communication and case progression.
- Assist with litigation support, including preparing discovery responses, organizing exhibits, summarizing medical records, and coordinating deposition and hearing preparation.
- Schedule and coordinate depositions, mediations, court appearances, and related activities.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, including updates to Florida insurance and civil procedure laws.
- Support settlement negotiations by gathering supporting documentation, preparing settlement packets, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring proper execution and documentation of agreements.
- Perform administrative and case‑management tasks as needed to support attorneys and claims teams in achieving timely and effective case resolution.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Paralegal certification from an ABA‑approved program.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of paralegal experience in bodily injury, property damage, insurance defense, or related civil litigation fields.
- Strong working knowledge of Florida insurance regulations, BI/PD claim processes, and Florida state court procedures.
- Experience navigating Florida e‑filing systems and court portals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, accurate legal documents.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills…
