Job Duties

Hybrid remote work. We are currently seeking Insurance Coverage in any of our offices. We are open to Associate Attorney, Senior Associate, OF Counsel, or Partner candidates.

• New Jersey – Parsippany, Cherry Hill

• Pennsylvania - Philadelphia

• Connecticut - Hartford

• Massachusetts - Boston

• Rhode Island

• Tennessee - Nashville

• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters

• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation

• Serve as lead counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters

• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management

Required

• Recent experience in insurance coverage
