Civil Litigation Attorney - Irvine, CA

We are actively seeking experienced civil litigation attorneys! Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent civil litigation defense experience to be considered. Responsibilities:

• Provide independent case support.
• Effectively interact with clients, counsel, and supervising attorneys.
• Analyze and draft discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda
• Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assess, draft, and argue dispositive motions.
• Prepare for and defend depositions of witnesses.
• Participate in court hearings and mediations.
• Deliver exceptional service to all clients.
• Adhere to billing and reporting requirements

Qualifications:

• Licensed in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Three or more years of civil litigation experience, general liability experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Effective oral advocacy skills and familiarity with rules of evidence.
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
