About Our ClientOur client is a highly esteemed family law firm in Southern California known for handling intricate, high-stakes cases involving individuals of substantial wealth. They combine strategic legal expertise with a compassionate approach, earning respect for their advocacy, professionalism, and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities- Handle family law cases from intake to resolution
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and briefs
- Represent clients in courts, mediations, and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on family law developments
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Collaborate with legal team to produce high-quality work
- Travel to various courts and offices in Southern California as required
- Maintain around billable hours per month
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California State Bar license in good standing
- At least 1 year of legal experience
- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
