Nathan & Kamionski LLP is a nationally recognized litigation firm with more than 30 attorneys, focusing on the defense of municipalities and law enforcement officers in Section 1983 and related civil rights litigation. The firm has substantial experience representing clients in high-profile reversed conviction matters, as well as complex police litigation nationwide.

In addition to its core practice areas, the firm maintains a robust commercial and employment litigation practice, with a particular emphasis on the representation of Skilled Nursing Facilities.

With offices in Chicago, St. Louis, Philadelphia, Detroit, Baltimore, and Long Island, our attorneys litigate sophisticated matters on behalf of clients across the United States. We are now expanding to the West Coast with the opening of a Los Angeles office.

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Associate (5+ years) to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Los Angeles area, with flexibility for remote work.

• At least 5+ years of litigation experience
• Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive legal arguments.
• Preferred (but not required):
  Experience as a federal judicial clerk or in a state appellate court.
