A law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice in Hartford, Stamford, or Boston. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in bankruptcy or commercial litigation, along with strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely for two days each week. Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills are also essential. Prior clerkship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
