Mission Recruiting is partnering with a respected Irvine litigation
team seeking a Civil Litigation Associate focused on general liability and public entity matters.

• Day-to-day ownership of active litigation files (roughly 15 at a time)
• Discovery, depositions, and written motion practice
• Court appearances, case strategy, and client reporting
• Practical counseling for business and municipal clients
• Trial prep, with real opportunities to get on your feet in contested matters

• Self-insured and public entity clients (not a volume, low-rate carrier panel practice)
• High trust environment with minimal micromanagement
• Flexible work model: remote, hybrid, or in-office, based on what helps you do your best work
• A team culture built on humility, respect, and collaboration

• Base salary targeting $130,000 to $180,000+ (structured with performance incentives)
• Bonus tied to productivity, plus discretionary and origination opportunities
• Medical (multiple plan options), dental, vision, life, and AD&D
• 401(k)
• Coverage begins on the first of the month after hire

• Billable target typically in the 1,800 to 1,900 range
• Systems and expectations that reward consistency and clean time entry
