Our Employment Law Division in Riverside, California seeks a civil litigation attorney to join the team. Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate effectively and must be focused on providing quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a history of handling their own caseload, trial experience and be proficient in resolving cases. Salary is commensurate with expertise & previous experience and there are discretionary bonuses.
This position requires on-site presence and is not available for remote work.
The role focuses on civil litigation within our Employment Law Division, handling own caseload, and providing effective client service in employment disputes, workplace injuries, and related matters. The attorney will participate in trial activities as needed and collaborate with firm colleagues to resolve cases.
Qualifications- 3+ years of civil litigation experience a plus but not required.
- Must be able to handle your own caseload
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in California
- References are required
