Litigation Attorney

Meagher + Geer has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience to join our firm. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Minnesota.
• Demonstrated experience handling depositions, including taking and defending them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

• Preferred qualifications include litigation experience, appellate work, or a judicial clerkship.
