Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Troy, MI, with some work from home acceptable. As a Family Law Attorney at Goldman & Associates, you will manage family law cases from inception to completion. Your daily responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, motions, and depositions, as well as attending court hearings, mediations, and trials. You will provide legal counsel on issues such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and more, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcome in their cases.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Family Law and general Legal Issues
• Proficiency with drafting Motions and conducting Depositions
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan with a strong background in family law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prior experience in handling family law cases is preferred
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
