We are hiring Mid‑level to Senior Legal Analysts to support contract‑focused legal work across a range of commercial and transactional matters. • LLB Degree or equivalent.
• 2–6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Basic contract review, commercial agreements, and administrative workflows.
• Hands‑on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and transactional contracts.
• Exposure to private equity, asset management, hedge funds, or corporate legal environments.

• Takes initiative and proactively finds solutions to practical and legal challenges.
• Technical and commercial, applying legal expertise thoughtfully in practice and in support of broader business objectives.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, diverse, and intellectually challenging environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively across global teams.
• Enthusiastic about new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a focus on operational efficiency and automation.
