Litigation Associate Attorney

Description Robert Half is recruiting Litigation Attorneys with at least 2 years of civil litigation experience for its growing defense law firm client in Contra Costa County (hybrid telecommute OK). Insurance defense experience is preferred (including preparing status reports), construction defect litigation is a plus, but good law & motion advocacy and discovery experience are the core requirements. This is a good opportunity for a lawyer eager to take on more depositions (all virtual), court appearances, on-site inspections, and trial preparation.

Partnership-track position. Depending on years of experience, base salary ranges from $100,000 to 150,000/yr, plus ample annual bonus potential (up to $10,000+). Employment benefits package includes health insurance (Kaiser HMO and Anthem plans), 401k Plan with 4% firm match after 90 days of service, and unlimited PTO.
