The Role:

You will work closely with experienced partners and associates advising a broad range of clients including banks, financial institutions, developers, corporates, and investors. The work will include:
Corporate and commercial lending transactions Property and real estate finance Development finance and refinancing matters Security documentation and due diligence The role offers early responsibility , client exposure, and genuine scope for progression.

The Person :
Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with a minimum 2 years post-qualification experience- the client is ideally considering candidates with 2-5 years PQE in banking and finance. The client will also consider a REAL ESTATE solicitor with an interest/ demonstrable experience in banking. Commercially minded with strong drafting and technical skills Strong legal and commercial judgement, and able to deliver clear and practical advice.
