Recruitment Consultant

Overview

TSR Legal offers a brand new opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment business in Cardiff.

Your role will be conveyancing‑focused, sourcing legal professionals for roles such as Legal Assistants, Conveyancers and Solicitors.

Engage with new and existing candidates, building a network and representing candidates to match the roles they are looking for.

Provide support to law firms across the region and manage candidates’ aspirations to ensure they find the right role.

Assist with administrative tasks, answer recruitment market enquiries, support the recruitment process and ensure candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive service.

• Strong IT skills and comfortable working with a variety of systems.
• Excellent organiser with strong personal prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Excellent legal knowledge and network.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to form strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Manage social media activity within your role, including Linked In and advertising.

• Existing knowledge of the legal market.
• Ideally 12+ months’ exposure to the recruitment industry or previous experience as a fee earner / paralegal.
• Full‑time, permanent.
• Home working and office based (Cardiff City Centre).
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
