We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our Housing, Development and Regeneration (HDR) team within our Real Estate Group (REG) as a Paralegal based in Birmingham. As a Paralegal, you'll manage your own infrastructure matters, liaising with clients and solicitors, reviewing and negotiating agreements and deeds, and ensuring all necessary consents are in place. You'll progress transactions through to completion and handle a high volume of work efficiently and accurately.
We are looking for an individual who demonstrates a solid understanding of our systems, a strong willingness to learn the process of managing infrastructure agreements, and the ability to handle multiple matters in an organised and timely manner. This experience will include applying sound technical and theoretical land law knowledge in practice, using a case-management system effectively, and bringing experience from a legal or business environment.
You should be confident in dealing with clients independently or as part of a team and ideally have undertaken and completed the Legal Practice Course.
