Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

GPAC has partnered with a well-established regional law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team. This role provides hands-on involvement in all aspects of the litigation process, with matters spanning multiple jurisdictions. This position alllows for remote work due to the firm's multi-state practice.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist with and manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and legal analysis
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and jurisdictions
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and other litigation proceedings as needed

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of civil litigation experience
• Trial experience is a plus but not required
• Active license to practice law in the State of California
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
