Client Intake Advisor (Family Law) – 4-day week, 100% salary, fully remote (with optional office access).

You’ll be joining our Family Department as a Client Intake Advisor
, working closely with family solicitors and partners and playing a key role in how clients experience the firm from their very first contact.

This is not a call-centre role.

And it’s not sales.

It is a client intake and onboarding role and does not involve providing legal advice
.

You will handle new family law enquiries, guide clients through their initial options, explain our services and consultation process clearly, and help ensure that the right matters progress to our legal team.

While every enquiry deserves care and respect, the role requires the confidence to prioritise time effectively, ensuring that complex and high-value family matters receive the depth of attention they require.

• You have experience in a client-facing role within a law firm or professional services environment
• You’re comfortable handling sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
• You have strong judgement and commercial awareness
• You can balance quality with efficiency and prioritisation
• You value trust, autonomy, and doing things properly
• Experience in family law intake or similar is desirable, but not essential.
