Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal at the Sigal Law Firm. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for handling a docket of no-fault and automobile negligence litigation and supporting attorneys in day-to-day case management, drafting legal documents and assisting with trial preparation. This role is located in Southfield, MI, with some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications- Experience in case management, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and other team members
- Familiarity with legal software and technology
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of litigation process and court procedures
- Previous experience in no-fault litigation is a plus
- Previous experience in a litigation firm is a plus
