Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Intake Specialist to join our team and sign on new cases, create case files, and begin investigative process. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing a dynamic caseload in a fast-paced environment. This position can be completely remote. The successful candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
- 2+ years of experience in same or similar role (in personal injury firm). and litigation experience preferred).
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and thrive under deadlines while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to use AI tools to assist in your work.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or other language proficiency.
- Willingness to provide unreasonable hospitality to clients and keep them well informed of the case process and development.
