• Handle employment law cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial documents
• Take and defend depositions regularly
• Argue motions and appear in court
• Work closely with clients on case strategy and communication
• Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlements
• Assist in trial preparation and second-chair trials when appropriate

• Active California Bar membership
• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience (employment law preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating in a team setting
• Trial preparation experience is a plus

• Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000, based on experience
