This is a remote litigation defense role for an attorney licensed in California who wants solid work, predictable hours, and fewer courtroom theatrics. The practice is defense-side, and the majority of cases resolve through settlement, making this a lower-pressure litigation environment compared to traditional trial-heavy roles.

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually
