Optum Rx Legal Services Specialist​/Paralegal - Remote

• Draft, review, and redline various legal agreements using established tools and processes
• Manage legal and contracting intake, triage, and tracking
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Support process improvement initiatives and playbook creation
• Provide administrative support for internal systems and regulatory compliance

• 5+ years of legal field experience as a paralegal, legal specialist, or in legal operations support
• Experience working with multiple teams and levels within a matrixed organization
• Solid technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Proven customer service skills and strong verbal & written communication abilities
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, legal studies degree, or other applicable college degree
• Experience in legal project management, legal operations, and contract lifecycle management
• Familiarity with matter management systems and contract management systems
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio
