Litigation Attorney (California‑barred): A fully remote position allowing you to handle substantive legal work from day one. The right candidate will manage their own caseload while collaborating with firm leadership on strategy and client development. Court appearances are limited and primarily located in Los Angeles County.

• Communicating directly with clients to assess legal needs, provide counsel, and maintain strong working relationships throughout representation
• Developing new client relationships and contributing to firm growth
• Drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Participating in all phases of active litigation, including motion practice, discovery, and case strategy
• Handling occasional court appearances, primarily in Los Angeles County
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Managing deadlines and maintaining organized case files

• Active California Bar license in good standing (required)
• Strong legal writing and research skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple matters
• Excellent communication and client service orientation
• Litigation experience preferred, but motivated newer attorneys will be considered
• Proximity to Los Angeles County preferred for occasional court appearances
