This is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal at the Sigal Law Firm. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for handling a docket of no-fault and automobile negligence litigation and supporting attorneys in day-to-day case management, drafting legal documents and assisting with trial preparation. This role is located in Southfield, MI, with some work from home flexibility.

• Experience in case management, drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and other team members
• Familiarity with legal software and technology
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of litigation process and court procedures
• Previous experience in no-fault litigation is a plus
• Previous experience in a litigation firm is a plus
