Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid position for an Associate Attorney based in San Diego, CA, with the option for some remote work. The Associate Attorney will handle labor and employment law cases, provide legal advice, manage legal research, and handle contract negotiations. Additional responsibilities include drafting, filing, and reviewing legal documents, building effective client relationships, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal service.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Law, with a strong understanding of civil litigation and legal processes
- Experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice with attention to client needs
- Strong Research skills and commitment to staying current on legal precedents
- Proven Negotiation skills to reach favorable outcomes for clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- California Bar admission in good standing required
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases efficiently
