A growing, trial-focused civil defense firm in Orange County is adding a litigation associate. This role is built for attorneys who want real responsibility, hands-on litigation, and a clear path to grow within a collaborative team. Matters include: general liability defense, personal injury and premises liability, transportation/trucking, and construction defect.
What we’re looking for
- 0+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, motion practice, and courtroom comfort (or interest in getting there fast)
- Collegial and team-oriented
- Defense-side experience in the above areas is a plus, not required
