This is a full-time position located in Yarm or Skelton however hours can be discussed, and we also offer remote workings days. The Conveyancer will be running a full caseload of freehold and leasehold property transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves close coordination with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate seamless property transfers.

• Strong Communication skills, including client interaction and collaboration with professionals
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant legal qualifications or certifications in conveyancing are preferred
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple cases concurrently
• Experience as a fee earner in residential and/or commercial conveyancing is required
