Location: California
Overview
Prominent firm is growing and seeking to add a Litigation Senior Counsel or Partner for their Los Angeles office. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
General Liability, Construction, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Professional Liability, Auto, Insurance Coverage, Product Liability, Construction, Toxic Tort//Environmental.
Portable book of business is not required. Option to work fully Remote.
Responsibilities- Handle cases from inception to conclusion
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
- 10+ years of litigation experience ideally in General Liability/Insurance Defense
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in CA.
- Trial and/or trial prep experience
200k-280k (Base salary range can be adjusted accordingly DOE)+ Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package+Hybrid or Mostly Remote
