Relislaw is seeking a u.s. Licensed contract attorney for remote immigration legal services, with a focus on initial consultation sales meetings. We are a growing practice, looking for one or more contract immigration attorneys to assist our law firm on a per case basis.

• experience with a high-volume practice
• regardless of location, must have a juris doctor degree and admitted to practice law in the united states
• must possess 2+ years of immigration law experience. Preferable with experience in about half of the following case-types - fiancé & family-based immigration cases, 601/a waivers, naturalization, eb-2 national interest waiver, e-2 business visas, o-1 visas, asylum, vawa, u visas, t visas
• excellent writing and communication skills are required
• proven history of meticulous work product, strong attention to detail
• must be able to set priorities and exercise good judgment
• ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines
• prior law firm experience is required

work location: remote, from home, global

schedule: monday to friday, flexible work schedule

• conduct video consultations with clients and potential clients
• supervise and improve cases prepared by paralegal team, which may include preparing documents in clients’ files
• managing legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality
