As an Associate Attorney, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Attorney, leveraging your experience to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in family law litigation and trials.

We are seeking out Family Law Attorneys with a minimum of four (4) years experience in Texas.

• Attend court hearings, conduct legal research, and offer expert legal advice.
• Maintain organized files to facilitate seamless collaboration among team members.
• Analyze legal conflicts, strategize solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Draft a variety of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate efficient communication among team members and clients.
• Oversee and manage billable hours, ensuring accountability and efficiency.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Texas Bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in family law cases in Texas (non-negotiable).
• Evidence of valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Proficiency in tracking billable hours and utilizing technology effectively.
• Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability.
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to results-oriented outcomes.
