Job Title: Legal Assistant

Primary Contact: Taylor S. Kittell,

Our office is looking for a new legal assistant to join our team. We help clients in a variety of legal matters and this assistant would primarily support the attorney handling real estate and business transactions; this means they will regularly perform tasks like calendaring and following up on deadlines, recording and filing documents, and coordinating tasks with clients and outside professionals.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, collaborative, experienced with juggling tasks and chasing down information, and able to adapt and create systems to support the attorney's needs. As a small office, we work closely and collaboratively. Experience in an office setting or law firm is strongly preferred. A positive attitude, good communication abilities, and willingness to learn is a must.

We are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for a long-term employee who wants an intellectually-challenging, drama-free, and stable work environment.
