• Salary up to $20/hour
• Flexible work schedule of approximately 15-20 hours per week

• Gain hands-on experience in immigration law with direct support to attorneys

• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex immigration and crimmigration law issues
• Draft, edit, and finalize critical legal documents, including Motions to Terminate (MTRs) and briefs for immigration courts
• Review, organize, and summarize evidence for court submissions
• Prepare attorneys for hearings by assembling trial packets and drafting formal requests
• Collaborate with managing attorneys to ensure effective case preparation

• Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year law student
• Superior legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with proficiency in legal citation
• Strong preference for candidates with previous law clinic experience in immigration, asylum, or criminal justice
• Completed coursework in Immigration Law, Criminal Law/Procedure, Evidence, and/or Appellate Advocacy
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing a high-volume workload

• Direct experience drafting Motions to Terminate, PSG, or PHS briefs
• Previous involvement in legal clinics or practical experience in immigration law
