As a Patent Attorney, you will work closely with inventors, engineers, and clients to secure patent protection for innovative technologies and provide strategic guidance on intellectual property matters. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative legal team in a fast-paced environment.

• 3+ years in patent law, with a focus on patent prosecution and portfolio management.
• Member of the Colorado State Bar.
• Registration to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is preferred.
• Strong technical background in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or life sciences.
