We are a California-based law firm specializing in labor and employment law, business litigation, and workplace compliance. We represent employers ranging from small businesses to large corporations in all aspects of employment-related disputes and advisory matters.

Salary $200,000 - $350,000 per year

• Represent employers in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims.
• Handle all aspects of case management, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, settlement agreements, and position statements.
• Advise clients on compliance with California and federal employment laws, workplace policies, and best practices.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.

• 10+ years of experience with a strong background in employment defense.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong understanding of California labor and employment laws, including FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, and wage and hour regulations.
